Payment
You can pay by PayPal, AIR CASH and Bank transfer. If you choose this way of payment you will receive to your email address a quote with all necessary informations for payment, including the account number to which you should pay the value of the order.

Payment by AIR CASH is QR code based and needs AIR CASH aplication on your smart device installed. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to pay via Aircash.

- Point your camera to QR code
- Follow instructions in Aircash application

Shipping
Your order will only be shipped after receipt of your payment. (aprox 2 days after Bank transfer)Items will be shipped within 1 – 3 business days after payment is received. If you need your order to be shipped with different address, please notify us when you make a purchase. All items in our shop come boxed and gift-wrapped.If it’s a gift we can also send the item directly to your recipient, saving you time and money!
Shipping is done by registered postal service.
Shipping will take place Monday through Friday, and will ship in 3-5 business days from the date of your order.
Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 7-20 working days.
Shipping to European countries takes approximately 5-14 working days
Items will be shipped via Croatian post office registered Air mail. If you wish to have priority, or express mail delivery, as well as delivery confirmation or insurance, those can be arranged for an extra fee, depending on what you need. Feel free to convo us before payment, and we will work that out with you.
Once we have sent your order we will send you shipping notification with a tracking number. Please consider any holidays into shipping time frames.
Shipping prices vary internationally, in addition to regional rates. We do everything possible to give you the best in shipping costs. If you have an international order, send us a custom order request or conversation and let us know what it is you would like shipped along with your zip code.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsiblity of customer.
We are not responsible for any fees , duties or tariffs in your country so please get in touch with the local authorities in your country to get information on relevant issues.
Refund and excanges
We will accept returns, return shipping to be payed by buyer. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving merchandise. We will do everything possible to correct the problem.
- If the item is damaged or not what you where expecting we will work through it to do everything possible to correct that.
- If an item gets broken during shipping, please send me a picture of the item.
- If I can repair it, I will ask you to send it to me and I’ll send it back repaired.
- If I cannot repair it, I will replace it by sending another one or refund you in some cases.
- If I can still use some of the components to make you another one, I will need you to send it back to me.
- If it is a unique item that cannot be replaced, I will ask you to send me back the item and I will refund you when I receive the package.
- There is no refund on the shipping fees.
- If there is a problem, please contact me within 48 hours of you receiving the item.
- All orders placed must be paid in full to be shipped.
- If items lost or stolen during and after shipping is not our shops responsibility, however we would be happy to help in any way possible to make sure our customers are happy.

We love custom orders as a gift for someone very dear and special to them. It is very fulfilling to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Custom orders are especially exciting when we create something for your big event such as your prom or wedding.
We have had the honor of working with several brides and would love to create something for your big day.
When we create a unique piece for you, we always send a picture for approval before shipping.

Taking care of your jewelry
You have invested in a unique piece of handmade jewelry, which may have components and/ or delicate materials which will appreciate your tender loving care and handling. Please protect your piece from contact with liquids. Please don’t sleep or do vigorous exercise whilst wearing it as this may break glass or crystal components..
